August 16, 2025: New Castle, KY 40050 The Henry County Wildcats soccer squad (New Castle, KY), was overwhelmed 6-1 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting East Jessamine Jaguars (Nicholasville, KY)
The Jaguars (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Wayne County (Monticello, KY). The Cardinals enter the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Wayne County tipped Clinton County (Albany, KY), 8-0, in a non-league match.
The Wildcats now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Walton-Verona for a non-league match on Monday, August 18. Henry County will meet a Bearcats team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Sayre (Lexington, KY). The Bearcats record now stands at 0-2.
