August 16, 2025: Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 South Spartans (Torrance, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Aliso Niguel Wolverines (Aliso Viejo, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, South improves its record to 4-2 on the season. The Spartans travel to San Clemente (San Clemente, CA) to face the Tritons in a non-league test on Saturday, August 16. The Tritons come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. San Clemente won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Beckman (Irvine, CA)
Next, the Wolverines meet the Vista Murrieta Broncos (Murrieta, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 20. Aliso Niguel will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Broncos come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA).
