August 16, 2025: Killeen, TX 76542 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Brewer Bears (Fort Worth, TX) and the host Chaparral Bobcats (Killeen, TX), observed Brewer's volleyball squad notch a victory over Chaparral by a score of 2-0.
With the win, Brewer improves its record to 3-3 on the season. The Bears travel to Socorro (El Paso, TX) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 16. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 1-1. Socorro won 2-1 in their recent non-league battle against Life Waxahachie (Waxahachie, TX)
The Bobcats now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Little River Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 19. Chaparral will meet a Bumblebees team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to St. Michael's (Austin, TX). The Bumblebees record now stands at 1-4.
