Hawaii High School Volleyball - Corona del Mar can't hold off Kailua
August 16, 2025: Kailua, HI 96734 In Saturday's non-league match, the Kailua Surfriders (Kailua, HI) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Corona del Mar Sea Kings (Newport Beach, CA), by a count of 2-1.
Next up, the Surfriders confront the Kaimuki Bulldogs (Honolulu, HI) in a Oahu East bout, on Wednesday, August 27. Kailua will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Wiseburn- Da Vinci (El Segundo, CA).
With the loss, Corona del Mar drops to 5-1 on the campaign. The Sea kings travel to 'Aiea ('Aiea, HI) to clash with the Na Alii in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 16. The Na Alii enter the match with a record of 0-0.
