Indiana High School Soccer - Evansville Christian overwhelmed by South Knox
August 17, 2021: Vincennes, IN 47591 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the South Knox Spartans (Vincennes, IN) and the visiting Evansville Christian Eagles (Evansville, IN), saw South Knox's soccer squad triumph over Evansville Christian by a margin of 7-1.
The Spartans now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Northeast Dubois for a Blue Chip test on Saturday, August 21. South Knox will encounter a Jeeps squad coming off a 5-1 league win over Wood Memorial (Oakland City, IN). The Jeeps record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Evansville Christian drops to 1-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to New Albany (New Albany, IN) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Thursday, August 19. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 1-0. New Albany won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against DuPont Manual (Louisville, KY)
