North Carolina High School Volleyball - Cabarrus Charter crushed by Central Academy

August 17, 2022: Monroe, NC 28112

The Central Academy Cougars topped the visiting Cabarrus Charter Huskies volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Cougars now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Porter Ridge for a non-league test on Thursday, August 18. Central Academy will confront a Pirates team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 1-0.

Next, the Huskies meet the Carolina International Comets (Concord, NC) in a Metro Eight 1A challenge, on Tuesday, August 23. Cabarrus Charter will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
