With the win, Alta improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Hawks host Bingham (South Jordan, UT) to confront the Miners in a non-league test on Thursday, August 24. The Miners come into the test with a record of 1-0. Bingham won 22-6 in their recent non-league test against Lehi (Lehi, UT)
With the loss, Westlake drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to Cedar Valley (Eagle Mountain, UT) to confront the Aviators in a non-league test on Thursday, August 24. The Aviators come into the test with a record of 0-0.
