August 17, 2023: Berthoud, CO 80513 Berthoud Spartans (Berthoud, CO) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Mountain View Mountain Lions (Loveland, CO), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Spartans confront the Longmont Trojans (Longmont, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 22. Berthoud will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Loveland (Loveland, CO).
The Mountain Lions now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Weld Central for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 29.
