Georgia High School Softball - Decatur bounces M.L. King
August 17, 2023: Decatur, GA 30030 The Decatur Bulldogs routed the visiting M.L. King Lions softball squad by a final score of 15-0 in Thursday's league battle.
The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lakeside (Atlanta, GA). The Vikings go into the non-league battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Lakeside topped Shiloh (Snellville, GA), 11-4, in a non-league battle.
The Lions now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Lithonia for a 5A Region 4 battle on Tuesday, August 22. M.L. King will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 16-0 league loss to Chamblee (Chamblee, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-3.
