In Thursday's league battle, the host Frontier Falcons volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the West Central Trojans.

The Falcons (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against North White (Monon, IN). The Vikings come into the Midwest Athletic battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, North White lost by Benton Central (Oxford, IN), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Trojans clash with the Whiting Oilers (Whiting, IN) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 19. West Central will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Oilers come into the battle with a 2-1 record after their 3-1 league win over River Forest (Hobart, IN).
