Oklahoma High School Softball - Altus bounces Sayre
August 17, 2024: Altus, OK 73521 In Saturday's non-league match, the host Altus Bulldogs softball team scored a tight 9-2 win over the Sayre Eagles.
The Bulldogs (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Yukon (Yukon, OK). The Millers come into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Yukon was routed by Owasso (Owasso, OK), 6-4, in a league match.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Navajo Indians (Altus, OK) in a non-league match, on Monday, August 19. Sayre will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Indians come into the match with a 4-1 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Hinton (Hinton, OK).
