The Chieftains now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bartlesville for a 6A District 3 outing on Monday, August 19. Sapulpa will encounter a Bruins team coming off a 7-3 non-league loss to Elgin (Elgin, OK). The Bruins record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Stroud moves to 4-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Cashion (Cashion, OK) to encounter the Wildcats in a 3A outing on Monday, August 19. The Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 0-4. Cashion lost 6-3 in their recent league outing against Newkirk (Newkirk, OK)
