August 18, 2022: Frenchburg, KY 40322 The Berea Pirates volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Menifee County Wildcats to 0 in the Pirates non-league victory on Thursday.
The Pirates now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madison Central for a District 44 game on Monday, August 22. Berea will meet a Indians team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Logan County (Russellville, KY). The Indians record now stands at 1-2.
The Wildcats (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Elliott County (Sandy Hook, KY). The Lions enter the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
