August 18, 2022: Hillsboro, TX 76645 The Sam Houston Texans held off the host Hillsboro Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Texans now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Worth for a non-league test on Thursday, August 18. Sam Houston will confront a Bullfrogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Diamond Hill-Jarvis (Fort Worth, TX). The Bullfrogs record now stands at 7-4.
The Eagles (1-6) will now prepare for their test against Keene (Keene, TX). The Chargers enter the non-league test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Keene held off Venus (Venus, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
