August 18, 2023: Belton, TX 76513 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Belton Tigers (Belton, TX) and the visiting Victoria East Titans (Victoria, TX), saw Belton's volleyball squad beat Victoria East by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Belton upgrades its record to 4-3 on the year. The Tigers travel to Cuero (Cuero, TX) to play the Gobblers in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 19. The Gobblers go into the bout with a record of 9-5. Cuero won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Sam Houston (San Antonio, TX)
The Titans now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to MacArthur for a non-league bout on Friday, August 18. Victoria East will play a Brahmas squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Boerne-Champion (Boerne, TX). The Brahmas record now stands at 7-5.
