The Ridge Point Panthers prevailed the host Guyer Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.

The Panthers now have a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aledo for a non-league test on Saturday, August 19. Ridge Point will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Rockwall (Rockwall, TX). The Bearcats record now stands at 10-6.

The Wildcats (2-10) will now prepare for their test against Lamar (Arlington, TX). The Vikings enter the non-league test with a 7-10 record. In their last test, Lamar dropped by Grapevine (Grapevine, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.
