August 18, 2025: Spencer, NC 28159 In Monday's non-league contest, the Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC) soccer team routed the host North Rowan Cavaliers (Spencer, NC), by a count of 5-0.
Coming up next, the Cougars encounter the North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 20. Carson will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Raiders go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Forbush (East Bend, NC).
With the loss, North Rowan moves to 0-1 on the year. The Cavaliers host Thomasville (Thomasville, NC) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 4. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a record of 0-0.
