August 18, 2025: Tahlequah, OK 74464 Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Locust Grove Pirates (Locust Grove, OK) and the host Sequoyah Indians (Tahlequah, OK), observed Locust Grove's volleyball team top Sequoyah by a count of 3-1.
With the win, Locust Grove improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Pirates host Sequoyah (Claremore, OK) to battle the Eagles in a Green Country contest on Tuesday, August 19. The Eagles enter the contest with a record of 5-1. Sequoyah lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Dewey (Dewey, OK)
Next, the Indians battle the Tahlequah Tigers (Tahlequah, OK) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 7. Sequoyah will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record.
