Veritas Academy Gryphon (Savannah, GA) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Savannah Athletic Association Jaguars (Bloomingdale, GA), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Veritas Academy improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Gryphon travel to Augusta Eagles (Martinez, GA) to meet the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 21. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 10-4. Augusta Eagles won 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Westminster Schools of Augusta (Augusta, GA)

Next, the Jaguars meet the Trinity Christian (Statesboro, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 19. Savannah Athletic Association will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
