August 19, 2021: Ferris, TX 75125 Ferris Yellowjackets (Ferris, TX) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Palo Duro Dons (Amarillo, TX), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Yellowjackets clash with the South Garland Titans (Garland, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 21. Ferris will attempt to advance on its 6-3 season record. The Titans come into the match with a 0-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Berkner (Richardson, TX).
With the loss, Palo Duro drops to 3-8 on the campaign. The Dons travel to Lancaster (Lancaster, TX) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league match on Friday, August 20. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 2-4.
