August 19, 2022: Waynesboro, MS 39367 In Friday's non-league game, the Wayne Academy Jaguars (Waynesboro, MS) football team smashed the visiting South Choctaw Academy Rebels (Toxey, AL), by a score of 35-0.
The Jaguars (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Simpson Academy (Mendenhall, MS). The Cougars come into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Simpson Academy overwhelmed Presbyterian Christian (Hattiesburg, MS), 43-17, in a non-league game.
The Rebels now sport a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Snook Christian Academy for a AISA A Region II contest on Friday, September 2.
