August 19, 2022: Lakeside, CA 92040 El Capitan Vaqueros (Lakeside, CA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the visiting Canyon Hills Rattlers (San Diego, CA), 49-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, El Capitan improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Vaqueros host Rancho Buena Vista (Vista, CA) to battle the Longhorns in a non-league test on Friday, September 9. The Longhorns come into the test with a record of 1-0.
With the loss, Canyon Hills drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Rattlers host Bonita Vista (Chula Vista, CA) to battle the Barons in a non-league test on Thursday, August 25. The Barons come into the test with a record of 1-0. Bonita Vista won 7-6 in their recent non-league test against Morse (San Diego, CA)
