Westchester Country Day Wildcats (High Point, NC) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Salem Baptist Christian Vikings (Winston-Salem, NC), 9-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats confront the University Christian Barracudas (Hickory, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 23. Westchester Country Day will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Barracudas enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to Asheville Christian Academy (Swannanoa, NC).

The Vikings now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Statesville Christian for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 30.
