The Buchanan Bears topped the visiting The Meadows School Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.

The Bears now have a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clovis East for a non-league test on Saturday, August 20. Buchanan will confront a Timberwolves team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Durango (Las Vegas, NV). The Timberwolves record now stands at 3-0.

The Mustangs (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Mountain Ridge (Herriman, UT). The Sentinels enter the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Mountain Ridge gained a win over Shadow Ridge (Las Vegas, NV), 2-1, in a non-league test.
