The Rocky Mount Academy Eagles topped the visiting Thales Academy Rolesville Knights volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Friday's non-league test.

The Eagles now have a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brunswick Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, August 20. Rocky Mount Academy will confront a Vikings team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Halifax Academy (Roanoke Rapids, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.

The Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill (Durham, NC). The Lion enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill was knocked off by Lee Christian (Sanford, NC), 2-0, in a non-league test.
