The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Bishop England Battling Bishops (Charleston, SC) and the visiting Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC), saw Bishop England's volleyball squad beat Myers Park by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Bishop England upgrades its record to 4-2 on the year. The Battling Bishops travel to T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 19. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 2-3. T.C. Roberson won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Robinson (Concord, NC)

The Mustangs now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Porter Ridge for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 22. Myers Park will play a Pirates squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 2-0.
