With the win, Calhoun betters its record to 4-2 on the year. The Sandcrabs host Calallen (Corpus Christi, TX) to face the Wildcats in a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 22. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 12-3. Calallen won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Burnet (Burnet, TX)
The Bulldogs now sport a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to Calallen for a non-league outing on Sunday, August 20. Burnet will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Mineral Wells (Mineral Wells, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-3.
