August 19, 2023: Liberty, KY 42539 The Perry County Central Commodores volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Casey County Rebels to 0 in the Commodores non-league victory on Saturday.
The Commodores now have a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jackson City for a non-league game on Monday, August 21. Perry County Central will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Jenkins (Jenkins, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 2-2.
The Rebels (0-6) will now prepare for their game against McCreary Central (Stearns, KY). The Raiders enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, McCreary Central dropped by Garrard County (Lancaster, KY), 3-0, in a non-league game.
