August 19, 2023: Waco, TX 76706 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the East View Patriots (Georgetown, TX) and the host University Trojans (Waco, TX), saw East View's volleyball squad beat University by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, East View upgrades its record to 5-14 on the year. The Patriots travel to McCallum (Austin, TX) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 19. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 2-11. McCallum lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Hutto (Hutto, TX)
The Trojans now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they travel to Poth for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 19. University will play a Pirates squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over East View (Georgetown, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 5-10.
