The Indians now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wewoka for a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 20. Asher will confront a Tigers team coming off a 22-0 league loss to Dibble (Dibble, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 1-5.
With the loss, Tupelo moves to 1-3 on the season. The Tigers travel to Coleman (Coleman, OK) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 20. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 2-1.
