North Carolina High School Volleyball - Union Academy over Mountain Island Charter

In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Union Academy Cardinals volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Mountain Island Charter Raptors.

The Cardinals (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Sun Valley (Monroe, NC). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Sun Valley beat Orangeburg-Wilkinson (Orangeburg, SC), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Raptors meet the Community School of Davidson Spartans (Davidson, NC) in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A challenge, on Thursday, August 22.
