With the win, Lyman improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Greyhounds host East River (Orlando, FL) to encounter the Falcons in a 6A District 3 battle on Wednesday, August 20. The Falcons go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Eagles now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mount Dora Christian Academy for a 1A District 6 battle on Thursday, August 21. Altamonte Christian will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Liberty Christian Prep (Tavares, FL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
