August 19, 2025: Rialto, CA 92377 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Carter Lions (Rialto, CA) and the visiting Pomona Red Devils (Pomona, CA), observed Carter's volleyball team top Pomona by a count of 3-0.
With the win, Carter improves its record to 1-4 on the season. The Lions travel to Nuview Bridge (Nuevo, CA) to encounter the Knights in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 23. The Knights go into the battle with a record of 0-1. Nuview Bridge lost 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Paloma Valley (Menifee, CA)
The Red Devils now own a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Magnolia for a non-league contest on Thursday, August 21. Pomona will encounter a Sentinels squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Jordan (Long Beach, CA). The Sentinels record now stands at 0-5.
