Texas High School Volleyball - Little River Academy can't hold off Chaparral
August 19, 2025: Little River Academy, TX 76554 In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Chaparral Bobcats (Killeen, TX) volleyball team held off the host Little River Academy Bumblebees (Little River Academy, TX), by a margin of 3-2.
The Bobcats now possess a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Copperas Cove for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 26. Chaparral will clash with a Bulldawgs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Burnet (Burnet, TX). The Bulldawgs record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, Little River Academy drops to 1-6 on the year. The Bumblebees travel to Taylor (Taylor, TX) to battle the Ducks in a non-league match on Tuesday, August 26. The Ducks enter the match with a record of 1-7. Taylor lost 3-2 in their recent non-league match against Thrall (Thrall, TX)
