Texas High School Volleyball - Keene tips Groesbeck
August 19, 2025: Groesbeck, TX 76642 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Keene Chargers (Keene, TX) and the host Groesbeck Goats (Groesbeck, TX), observed Keene's volleyball team hold off Groesbeck by a count of 3-2.
The Chargers (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Itasca (Itasca, TX). The Wampus Cats enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Itasca was edged by Hillsboro (Hillsboro, TX), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Goats now own a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marlin for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 21. Groesbeck will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to La Vega (Waco, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-6.
