California High School Volleyball - Independence over Kennedy

The Independence Falcons (Bakersfield, CA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Kennedy Thunderbirds (Delano, CA), 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league match.

Next up, the Falcons confront the Foothill Trojans (Bakersfield, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, August 21. Independence will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Delano (Delano, CA).

With the loss, Kennedy drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds travel to East Bakersfield (Bakersfield, CA) to clash with the Blades in a non-league bout on Friday, August 22. The Blades enter the match with a record of 1-1. East Bakersfield lost 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Highland (Bakersfield, CA)
