California High School Volleyball - St. Anthony over Lakewood
August 19, 2025: Lakewood, CA 90713 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA) and the host Lakewood Lancers (Lakewood, CA), observed St. Anthony's volleyball team top Lakewood by a tally of 3-0.
The Saints (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cypress (Cypress, CA). The Centurions enter the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Cypress achieved victory over St. Margaret's (San Juan Capistrano, CA), 3-2, in a non-league test.
The Lancers now own a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Huntington Beach for a non-league test on Friday, August 22. Lakewood will face a Oilers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Stratford (Stratford, TX). The Oilers record now stands at 1-6.
