Carroll Cougars (Flora, IN) fans were pleased Saturday as they saw their soccer squad knock off the visiting Northwestern Tigers (Kokomo, IN), 3-1 in a non-league test.

The Cougars now sport a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Eastern for a Hoosier Heartland test on Tuesday, August 23. Carroll will meet a Comets squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Blackford (Hartford City, IN). The Comets record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Northwestern drops to 1-3 on the season. The Tigers travel to Kokomo (Kokomo, IN) to meet the Wildkats in a non-league test on Thursday, August 25. The Wildkats come into the test with a record of 2-1.
