August 20, 2022: Glasgow, KY 42141 Owensboro Red Devils (Owensboro, KY) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Glasgow Scotties (Glasgow, KY), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Red Devils confront the University Heights Blazers (Hopkinsville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 23. Owensboro will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Blazers enter the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Caldwell County (Princeton, KY).
The Scotties now possess a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Barren County for a District 15 challenge on Monday, August 22. Glasgow will confront a Trojans team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Todd County Central (Elkton, KY). The Trojans record now stands at 3-1.
