Athens Academy Spartans (Athens, GA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Mount Vernon Christian Crusaders (Stockbridge, GA), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Spartans clash with the Mount Paran Christian Eagles (Kennesaw, GA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 20. Athens Academy will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record.
