The Bears (8-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Irving (Irving, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Irving was dropped by Kennedale (Kennedale, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cougars meet the Jim Ned Indians (Tuscola, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 23. Cooper will attempt to move on its 3-9 season record.
