In Saturday's non-league contest, the Frenship Tigers (Wolfforth, TX) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting McKinney Lions (McKinney, TX), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Tigers battle the Cooper Pirates (Lubbock, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, August 23. Frenship will attempt to better on its 6-12 season record. The Pirates go into the contest with a 10-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Harlan (San Antonio, TX).

With the loss, McKinney moves to 12-5 on the year. The Lions travel to Wakeland (Frisco, TX) to battle the Wolverines in a non-league contest on Tuesday, August 23.
