The Independence Knights topped the visiting Frisco Raccoons volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Knights now have a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cypress Creek for a non-league test on Saturday, August 20. Independence will confront a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Allen (Allen, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 8-5.

The Raccoons (6-9) will now prepare for their test against Emerson (McKinney, TX). The Mavericks enter the non-league test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Emerson gained a win over Frenship (Wolfforth, TX), 2-1, in a non-league test.
