The Union Rockets volleyball team (Modoc, IN), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting South Decatur Cougars (Greensburg, IN)

The Cougars (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Shawe Memorial (Madison, IN). The Hilltoppers enter the non-league challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Shawe Memorial defeated Rock Creek Academy (Sellersburg, IN), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rockets meet the Monroe Central Golden Bears (Parker City, IN) in a Mid-Eastern challenge, on Wednesday, August 24. Union will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Golden Bears enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Southern Wells (Poneto, IN).
