August 20, 2024: Cornelius, NC 28031 The Hough Huskies volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Carson Cougars to 1 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Huskies now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host North Mecklenburg for a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 27. Hough will play a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Carson drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to East Rowan (Salisbury, NC) to play the Mustangs in a non-league outing on Wednesday, August 21. The Mustangs come into the outing with a record of 2-1. East Rowan lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC)
