August 20, 2024: Downey, CA 90242 In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Schurr Spartans volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy Warriors.
The Spartans (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Norwalk (Norwalk, CA). The Lancers come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Norwalk was beaten by La Serna (Whittier, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors meet the Pomona Catholic Pacers (Pomona, CA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, September 10. St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
