Kentucky High School Soccer - Russell nudges Lawrence County
August 20, 2024: Louisa, KY 41230 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Russell Red Devils soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 win over the Lawrence County Bulldogs.
The Red Devils (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY). The Panthers enter the non-league outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Fleming County was edged by Blazer (Ashland, KY), 5-2, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Pikeville Panthers (Pikeville, KY) in a District 57 outing, on Thursday, August 22. Lawrence County will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.
