The McIntosh County Academy Buccaneers softball squad (Darien, GA), was routed 17-1 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Emanuel County Institute Bulldogs (Twin City, GA)

With the triumph, Emanuel County Institute improves its record to 6-4 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Screven County (Sylvania, GA) to clash with the Gamecocks in a 1A D-II Region 3 test on Thursday, August 22. The Gamecocks go into the test with a record of 4-0. Screven County won 12-1 in their recent league test against Portal (Portal, GA)
