With the win, Lee County improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Yellow Jackets travel to Northwood (Pittsboro, NC) to encounter the Chargers in a non-league battle on Thursday, August 21. The Chargers go into the battle with a record of 0-5. Northwood lost 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Seaforth (Pittsboro, NC)
Next, the Bears battle the North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC) in a non-league contest, on Monday, August 25. Chatham Central will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Vikings enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Surry Central (Dobson, NC).
