Ohio High School Soccer - Tuslaw nudges Washington
August 21, 2021: Massillon, OH 44647 Tuslaw Mustangs (Massillon, OH) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Washington Tigers (Massillon, OH), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs confront the Orrville Red Riders (Orrville, OH) in a Principals Athletic challenge, on Wednesday, August 25. Tuslaw will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Red Riders enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Waynedale (Apple Creek, OH).
The Tigers now possess a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Carrollton for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 24. Washington will confront a Warriors team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Edison (Richmond, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
